Our Lifetime Warranty

At Kross Airsoft Design (KAD), we stand behind the durability and quality of our engineering. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty protecting our products against any manufacturing or material flaws. We guarantee that your KAD product will remain free from production-related defects for the entirety of its lifespan.

In the unlikely event that a product fails due to a manufacturing error, KAD will at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item completely free of charge.

What Is Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty strictly applies to the following:

  • Flaws or failures in the raw materials used
  • Defects arising from our machining, manufacturing, or assembly processes
  • Performance failures or loss of function directly attributable to a production error

What Is Not Covered

Because airsoft involves demanding physical environments, this warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Intentional abuse or deliberate destruction
  • Accidental damage, including drops, heavy impacts, or crushing during gameplay
  • Standard wear and tear resulting from regular use over time
  • Superficial or cosmetic blemishes (such as scratches, scuffs, or fading) that do not compromise the product's functionality
  • Issues resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or pairing with incompatible third-party components
  • Any repairs or alterations carried out by individuals other than KAD or an officially authorized KAD technician

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To ensure we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following when reaching out to our support team:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Your original order number or an authorized dealer receipt.
  2. Issue Description: A detailed written explanation of the fault you are experiencing.
  3. Visual Evidence: Clear photographs and/or a short video demonstrating the defect.

Note: All warranty claims are subject to review by the Kross Airsoft Design team. KAD reserves the right to make the final determination regarding warranty eligibility, repair, or replacement.
